A six month complimentary F+L Membership provides access to conference proceedings and videos, F&L Asia's extensive article archive, and much more.
F+L Week Training Workshops on 10-11 March are not included in the F+L Week conference registration, and are subject to a separate registration and payment.
To reserve your room at the conference venue using our special conference rate, request visa invitation letters, and access our mobile app, full payment of conference registration fee must be made.
Persons registering from the same company and paying together, either by credit card or wire transfer, are entitled to a group discount.
Registration fees are net of taxes and agency commission.
Group discounts are available for a minimum of two persons from the same company making a one-time payment.
Early bird rates cannot be used in combination with Group Discounts or any other discount or special offer.
Onsite payments are accepted with an additional 5% handling fee.
CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY
You may cancel your registration at any time prior to 31 January 2020. An administrative fee of US$200 will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations after 31 January 2020 but before 15 February 2020, will be entitled to a 50% refund. Mode of refund will depend on your original mode of payment. If you registered as a group and one person cancels, group rate will revert to individual rate.
There will be no refunds after 15 February 2020.
All cancellations must be requested in writing.
No shows will not be entitled to any refunds, but you are entitled to access the conference proceedings.
Substitutions must be requested in writing by the delegate and must be made no later than 1 March 2020.
Registrations are not transferable onsite.
Your conference registration is for your exclusive use only and non-transferable.
Onsite substitutions will not be entertained.
Attendance at an F+L Asia event constitutes an agreement by the registrant for F&L Asia Ltd to use and distribute the attendee’s image or voice in photos or videos of such meeting or activity.
